Heating the eggs before incubation

Before placing the eggs in the incubator, it is advisable to undergo a period of acclimatization. In this way, we avoid sudden variations in temperature and water vapour to condense on the shell, plugging the pores.

Pre-incubation of eggs:

Eggs can be pre-incubated for increasing hatchability rate of 1% to 2%. They are subjected to a temperature of 38 ° C for 2 hours, and then cooled to ambient temperature before placing them in the incubators.
