EasyJava Simulation of Long jump

This simulation describes the sporting activity of long jump from a physical point of view.There are two parameters, which can be changed : the initial velocity v0 and the initial angle a . The curve simulates the movement of the centre of gravity of the body of the jumper. At the start this centre is located in the pelvis of the jumper, but in case of landing this centre is located in the buttom of the jumper. The difference is about 1 m, so the landing point has the height of -1 m compared with the starting point. In the simulation this is included. Another parameter is the natural accelaration ,depending frome where we are jumping - differnt on earth or moon or the planet jupiter.

The output is a graphic and also some data like the maximal jump length in the simulation and the height of the jump over ground level zero.

There is one button to start and to stop the simulation and one button for resetting the whole simulation.
