Present the research

Presentation involves public
speaking, where the presenter uses some visual materials during the speech.
Guidelines
Ø The entire text of presentation
should not be on the slides, rather the most important elements. You should
limit this to keywords and apply bullet points.
Ø It is good to use tables, charts,
drawings, which enrich and liven up the visual presentation. However use them
in such a way that they do not override the meaning of presentation. They
cannot be too complicated.
Ø Do not read the text of the slides.
It shall be spoken.( I don’t understand – needs rephrasing)
Ø Background color cannot interfere
with the reading of the text by the audience, e.g. it is a bad idea to insert a black text on a
dark blue background, and good idea to
put the black text on a light background.
Ø The background should be uniform and
the same for all the slides. Do not use
•
gaudy
colors.
•
Do
not overdo the number of slides. When there are
too many slides you can have not enough time to present all of them, if
there are too few you may make your audience feel lacking in knowledge

•
Initial
slide - there should be the title of the presentation, as well as the
presenter's name, name of the institution he/she represents.
•
Introduction
to the presentation subject - the presentation of the problem, formulation of
definitions, etc.
•
Development
of the presentation subject - more detailed presentation of discussed problem.
•
Summary
and conclusions.
•
The
final slide - contains the title, thanks for attention, the presenter's name
and surname, the name of the institution he represents, contact data.
